1. THE CONTRACT

There is no commitment between you and LUPIS CALZATURE until LUPIS CALZATURE sends you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. 2. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The couriers used do not make advance phone calls or handle requests for deliveries at specific times. 4. RESPONSIBILITY

LUPIS CALZATURE assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, shipments within the timeframes agreed upon in the contract.
